From 2000 to 2005, I obtained the rank of E5/Sergeant and had a military occupational skill of 6482. That includes the ability to remove, replace, and repair radar jammers, azmith indicators, and reprogram eeproms chips for the Marine Corps Harrier aircraft. I was stationed at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina and did one tour to the Persion Gulf, Iraq in 2003.
From 2006 to 2008, I obtained my Bachelors Degree of Computer Science with a concentration of Applied Programming. Afterwards, I began my software development career with Lockheed Martin and continued to further my education by obtaining my Masters Degree of Computer Science with a concentration of Information Assurance from 2008 to 2011.
From 2008 to 2014, I worked with a highly, fast-paced software development team that met deadlines using primarily a Rapid Application Development approach. My role was a hybrid of Software Development, Business Analyst, and Database Administrator.
In 2009, the Directorate of Information Management of Fort Benning, Georgia became obsorbed by the Army's Network Enterprise Technology Command, 93rd Signal Brigade, and 7th Signal Command. I was appointed as key personal and team lead during the reorganization by working closely with the Operations Site Manager until 2014.
From April 2014 to November 2015, I worked closely with management to upgrade, design, and develop multiple ASP.NET applications to the latest framework in order to complete a successful Windows Server migration. In addition, I created ASP.NET MVC applications that replaced legacy Access Databases.
Since November 2015, I have been working closely with management to upgrade, design, and develop multiple ASP.NET applications.
I have 7 years of experience developing applications to meet DIACAP requirements, submitting applications for Army Certificate of Networthiness (CoN), and working closely with Army Officers and Directors in order to complete the overall mission.
With almost 2 years of Avionics military education from NAS Pensacola and NAS Oceana, I was trained and certified in many areas to fix gear for United States Marine Corps aircraft.
Since 2015, I have worked closely with ASD management in order to provide my experience consulting for management with the State of Alabama in software development.
